This place went downhill in a hurry. I had been buying from them for the past 9 years but after recent experiences, it seems very impractical to continue doing business with them. Poor service, 23 (yes, 23) phone calls just to place a small order, terrible disorganization, dishonesty regarding shipment dates, lack of knowledge of their own website, ridiculous policies as directed by the new owner - all due to new ownership? There were order/shipping issues even before this, but my most recent experiences were completely unreasonable. It’s a shame because the products are good, but no one can afford to waste all that time just to place a very basic order, and be given some nonsense story about why things aren’t being shipped.

They have amazing and adorable birds! It’s a big store with a lot of birds and bird toys and food! They have the best variety in Stamford ! It’s a great store the birds are nice Clifford is the best and the birds are beautiful and well taken care of! They have adorable babies and the people are amazing and nice there too!

This is my bird buying, supply purchasing place. I have only bought my bird seed and supplies here for years because of their love for and care of birds. Wonderful store.

Todd was absolutely phenomenal. I recently got a new Conure After losing my bird of 12 years, so this has been quite an emotional Process buying a new bird even though I did not buy the bird from this store Todd did not skip a beat in helping answer every single question I had about my new bird and I can be quite an extensive talker at times so thank you Todd for that not only did he answer all my questions he gave me a care guide and went above and beyond in every Aspect drove about an hour and a half to come to the store because I could tell online, it would be a good one and I was not disappointed this is exactly why I shop local because they care way more than any box store you will ever go to and what an experience it is to be in store and see all the lovely birds they even had a tortoise. I am so glad I made the decision to come here.

We stopped by the shop to show my parents and the baby the birds and animals they have. The store is spacious, well-maintained and very clean. The staff was very friendly. They didn’t seem to mind us checking around without intent to purchase anything. They have a wide variety of birds with different types and sizes. They have beautiful big parrots and a decent number of the birds are actually allowed to be free of chain or cages there. The parrots seem to be very comfortable and nicely raised. They also have other types of animals such as tortoise and chameleon. Although we didn’t purchase birds or use their services so I can’t give opinions on that, it does seem like a nice store with good supplies and services for bird owners.
